I am a Realtor licensed in Idaho and California brokered with eXp Realty. Home ownership starts with a dream. Forty-one years ago, my wife and I bought our “dream home” in Sacramento, California. As we matured and the size of our family grew our dreams changed. It is these dreams that led us to northern Idaho in 2004, I know what a special place this region is.

Before moving to Idaho, I was a Police Detective with the Sacramento Police Department and after that a Private Investigator. Working in a variety of assignments, including the Homicide Unit, drove me to seek a better place for my family after I retired. We found such a place in Idaho.
