Hi! Welcome to my page. I'm Kylee Saunders an eXp agent serving the eastern Washington and North Idaho regions.

Prior to deciding to become a licensed real estate agent, I personally bought and sold several homes, each with a uniquely different experience. Through those experiences I quickly learned the benefit of having a great agent - those who do it because they love it. Those agents are hard to find and is what I strive to be. Whether it's your first time or your seasoned at buying, selling or investing, my goal is to educate and help you understand the process from start to finish, keeping you informed throughout and at the end of the day putting your mind at ease that you picked the right agent to be in your corner.

Professionally for the last 10+ years I've worked in Human Resources for several large global corporations, working to provide the best service to all employees, vendors and peers. I've successfully build strong long lasting relationships in person and virtually. Focusing on what I do best, specializing in navigating challenging conversations, attention to detail, strategic negotiations and applying creative problem solving to all things that come my way. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my significant other and our dogs. You can often find us enjoying the outdoors, jeeping, dirt biking, snowmobiling or camping with friends.
