Raised in San Diego, Chanell moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1989 and is honored to have made this area her home. She raised three children here and is married to Tim Freund, also a realtor with True North Property Experts and eXp Realty.

Chanell, who has a unique background in the Accounting & Hospitality industry, naturally decided to join the real-estate profession alongside her husband. She teamed up with True North Property Experts and eXp Realty in 2022.

Every fall, you can find Chanell cheering zealously for the Seattle Seahawks, and every spring, she is enthusiastically supporting the Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball team. She spends her summers camping with her family or simply dipping her toes in the water as she floats the river. Chanell’s life passions are family, travel and real estate.
